Usually all orders are shipped within 2-3 workdays. Delivery time within EU takes around 2-3 work weeks rest of the world 2-6 work weeks. Delivery time can be affected by public holidays or other technical issues by delivery services but do not worry it happens rarely and if so we will do our best to help with all situations.
Each order has it's unique tracking code, which you can see on your order page found under your account section. Just copy your tracking code and enter it here http://www.track-trace.com/post. Please, be aware that it can take a couple of days, before tracking results are available.
We calculate shipping based on weight of products you have ordered. When making order, shipping costs will be automatically calculated and applied in checkout process. You can find shipping costs for your country listed in Delivery section of our website. 
Payment can be made via Master or Credit card or PAYPAL
When making payments via debit or credit cards, please check if information entered about card details is correct. Also make sure that you pass 3D secure authentication if your bank requests that. If your payment fails, please try again. If you have any problems you can always contact us via wholesale@yarnstreet.com.
If you didn't receive confirmation instructions, please check your SPAM folder as some e-mail providers flag verification e-mails as spam. If you still cannot find verification e-mail, then contact us via wholesale@yarnstreet.com and we will help you to confirm your account. Also check if e-mail that is used for registration is correct.
